1.easy return policy is available only at the time of delivery

2.Product which are used cannot be returned..but in some case if there any manufacturer defects then the return is acceptable

Currently  we are serving only in Trichy City, you can enter your area pincode and check for delivery option…if your area has no delivery option you can  contact us and we will do delivery if possible(We Offer Free Delivery With some Limitations)

Delivery rules:

1.The order that you have placed will be delivered within 12 working hour

2.Once the order is ready and out for delivery we will contact your given mobile number and inform

3.At the time of delivery if  you are not available then the order will delivered only at next delivery time(again after 12 working hours).

IV. Purging of your Personal Data

1. You may delete your Diabliss account at any point of time by making such choice in Diabliss E-commerce’s desktop website, mobile WAP site or mobile application. With this we will no longer provide your data for external processing as mentioned above. However, we retain your Personal Data as long as the purpose for its usage exists, after which the same is disposed off by us except for any record retention required as per applicable law.
2. The provisions of various laws require your transaction logs to be stored for longer periods post the deletion of an account. Further, in the event of the pendency of any legal/regulatory proceeding or receipt of any legal and/or regulatory direction to that effect, we may be required by the law of the land to retain your Personal Data for longer periods.

Please do not share your Diabliss login, password and OTP details with anybody.

X.      Cancellation ( Applicable Before service use )- In 1 day customers can initiated the cancellation & once cancellation is approved within 3 days refund will be processed and in 7-10 working days amount would be reflected  in customer’s bank account

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We at WALK Shoes follow a 7 Day return policy for non-discounted and discounted products shopped from our website – walkshoes.in. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from WALK Shoes. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 7 Day after purchase if the following conditions are met:

  • All WALK Shoes items should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and original sales receipt. Please note, if the product is purchased from any of our WALK Shoes Showroom / Offline Stores – they cannot be returned via our online store.
  • Any items that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
  • Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface and kept in dust bags until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted.
    If by any chance the customer does not return the footwear box and other packaging materials then a sum of INR 150 per pair will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If your order has already been shipped, we invite you to wait until it arrives and then you can cancel your order at by contacting our orders team to request its return by dropping an email to info@walkshoes.in with your order details.
    For seamless returns, kindly ensure the product is packed in the same way it was packed and sent to you.
  • After inspection we will confirm whether the Products are in an acceptable condition or not. This confirmation will be sent to you within 7 working days after we receive the shipment. Upon confirmation, as per the Return Policy, we will issue a store credit or a bank refund (whichever selected by the customer) for that particular amount (excluding shipping & COD charges if applied). The mode of refund cannot be changed once you’ve submitted the request with us.

MODE OF RETURN:

In case of return/exchange customer has to arrange themselves at their own cost to ship the product back to us

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order online within 1 hour and once the cancellation is approved we will refund the amount within 48 hours and the amount will reflect within 5 working days. Your entire order amount will be refunded via the refund method selected by you. In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier. You can sign in to your account and go to Recent Order to cancel your order.
An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.

REFUNDS

Customer can initiate the refund request to us within 7 days, and once the refund is approved we will refund the amount within 48 hours and the amount will reflect within 5 working days. once the returned product is received by WALK Shoes. Your order amount will be refunded to you by your preferred refund method i.e. refund via the payment method you used or store credit note.
For refund against cash on delivery order, user will need to fill a form that accepts bank account details to which the amount will be refunded.
COD charges and taxes are non-refundable.
The Management’s decision with regard to damaged/defective product and/or issuance of credit shall be final and binding. Further, the Management reserves the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforesaid conditions/policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.
